  • 33 (including 3 critical care/trauma resuscitation rooms and a psychiatric area)
Nurse/Patient Ratio
  • 1:4-5

Skill Mix
  • 28 percent ADN; 57 percent BSN; 3 percent diploma; 3 percent MSN
Orientation
  • Individualized comprehensive program with two RN preceptors and the nurse educator includes:
    • Clinical experience: ED, EACU, UCC, psychiatry
    • Critical care, trauma, computer and ACLS classes
  • New Grads: SPRING program
