- Diagnoses include: congestive heart failure, pneumonia, asthma, cellulitis, GI- and cancer-related problems, new onset diabetes, hematologic disorders
- Admissions from the emergency department, outside hospitals and referring Hopkins clinics
- Average length of stay: 3 to 5 days
